I thought that Harry Redknapp's understated quote 'of all the people to pick on Joe Jordan was not the one' would rule supreme for some time.
However, I forgot all about David 'foot-in-mouth' Cameron, who has come up with the classic
'Colonel Gaddafi should go now, it is clear that this is an illegitimate regime that has lost the consent of it's people'
